Cubmastering: Getting Started as Cubmaster

A lucky few Cubmasters are fully trained before they take on the job. Most, however, get dumped in the deep end. Experienced Scouters are happy to help, but they can't help if you don't know what to ask.

This book fills that gap. It covers the basics of how to do the job and tries to get new Cubmasters comfortable in their job. You can think of it as a series of Pow Wow or Scout University classes in a book.

The single most important item is simple. Have fun! The kids really aren't that critical of you and they are the ones it's all about.
