Parker has helped others with understanding the new rules of financial investing. In May 2014, Parker created the Next Generation Workshop, which was a spin-off of the "Privileged Information Secret Revealed". Before founding DK Enterprize, Parker was a Financial and Budget Analyst with the Federal Government. In 2013, he worked with the United States and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) as an International Business Advisor in support of the Afghanistan Government. Since 1998, Parker has been an avid investor in the stock market. He holds a Master's of Business Administration (MBA), Master's of Education in Leadership (M.Ed), and Bachelor's of Business Administration in Human Resource Management.
