When we speak of a study of history in the context of Simple Reality it does not have the conventional meaning most of us are conditioned to expect. For example, our study of history in this book is for the purpose of revealing a mirage so that it will disappear as we come to understand it.
We can all come together and choose to create a radically more satisfying experience of life by admitting what is really happening or continue in our behaviors of denial and distraction. We can transcend the illusion of history with the beliefs, attitudes and values of Simple Reality. That would be real, tangible progress.
Are we going to choose to wake up or will we choose to perpetuate our current nightmare?
