This book is for anyone living with a life-changing diagnosis, from Diabetes to Cancer. Any diagnosis that has given you pause about how you will move forward with your life.
I am writing this book to share my experiences of living with a life changing diagnosis and the stages I walked through:

The initial shock and fear
The steps I took to find a doctor
My own choices of treatment
The depression and finding my way out
My perseverance through numerous hospitalizations.

My 22 years as a Registered Nurse as well as my own experience has taught me that with a desire to live our best lives we can find our way.
My hope is that you will gather strength and other tools to walk through this part of your life's journey.
