After his wife died, Alex thought his life was permanently on hold until he met a girl considering suicide as she sat in the rain. His life was forever changed by Emma, the beautiful vampire halfling he met that night. From the mundane world of academia, he's thrust into a violent struggle for survival in a battle between vampire and dhampir. PG-13 for language and violence.
