Simon and Oliver and the Power of Dreams

Oliver is a young child suffering from a handicap. Feeling different from his friends, he struggles with self confidence and achieving his dreams. He befriends two handicapped dogs, who show him that it is possible to overcome obstacles and achieve your dreams.
