Fire In Ice

Dr. Martel Da Mar is on a mission to solve the mystery surrounding the disappearance of a glacial lake located high in the Patagonia ice fields of Argentina. An unknown heat source has melted the lake and the runoff of the water threatens towns and villages below. As the leading scientist in glacial hydrology, he knows this can't be dismissed as global warning. He soon discovers there is something in one of the remaining blocks of ice that radiates an unusual type of heat signature. If they could harness the power, it would be a great source of energy for civilization. There is only one problem; this source of energy is coming from the dragon. It is about to wake...and it is not alone.
