Little Caterpillar's Dilemma

This book depicts the life cycle of a Black Swallowtail butterfly. It begins with the birth of a caterpillar. The little caterpillar travels around eating various plants and meeting friends along the way. Everyone she meets is very excited about her upcoming transformation into a butterfly, but she is not. The little caterpillar is afraid of change and determined to stay a caterpillar forever.
