The Freestyle Five: The Searchlight

When figure skater Alice Van Hoorn gets an unexpected invitation to spend the winter with her grandmother, Mrs. Ritsma, she doesn't waste any time in packing up her four best friends and heading for upstate New York. After having solved a complicated mystery that summer, the girls aren't looking for any more excitement than they can find by visiting Canada, trying to out-skate hockey players, and dealing with their irascible tutor, Mr. Lincoln. But when a string of inexplicable robberies occurs in the area, and the inept Saquacha police force seems unable to deal with the case, will the fledgling detective team of the Freestyle Five have to take action once again?
