Garden of the Heart

This book is a collection of songs and poems that attempt to capture what the author felt and experienced on a spiritual journey that began many years ago. The poems speak of turning from the mind of self to a selfless Heart, from fear to Love, from lower to higher, from outer to inner. And they speak of finding balance in a centered place that embraces the whole, a place she calls the Garden of the Heart.
