The road of life holds many turns and with each turn, experiences must be viewed under the lens of valued lessons such that the process of learning maintains its continuum. Resulting from one of my turns, this book was conceived out of difficult lessons learned in Jamaica in just a little over one year of returning residency in 2011. Through sheer vacation visits, one is not able to fully discover the magnitude of atrocities that plague Jamaica, the level of its group-oriented discrimination, the ignorance perpetuated by its leaders, and the degree of poverty that the poor endures on a daily basis. Therefore, this book is designed to initiate the groundwork for the change that is desperately needed in every fiber of Jamaica's leadership. Of equal importance, regardless of one's citizenry, place of residency, age, sex, or status in life, this book is intended to enlighten the reader of the attributes of leadership and human rights that are pertinent to 21st century civilization and should be promoted by citizens everywhere and of every race and creed.
