Over the years that I have been in ministry, I have made mistakes, in more ways than I would like to admit. I have learned many lessons from my failures, and maybe it would be good to share some of these lessons learned with others in hopes that they would avoid the mistakes and learn from my failures instead of their own.
Learning from my failures would not only keep readers from going through the pain of learning the hard way. It may also prevent the collateral damage caused during these experiences.
