Pioneer Pete tells an audience of young un's about a community of critters that move to California and experience a big drought that impacts their idyllic suburban lifestyle. Our hero, Biggie Badger can't help but use a little too much water and through his struggles to follow all the new rules we learn that we can conserve a lot more water with a lot less fuss if we just switched to California friendly plants.
