Officer Cobb was the first on the scene of one of the first Mass Shootings in the United States in the late 90s. Unfortunately, she was shot, but survived to tell her story. Repairer of the Breach: An Officer's Survival Journey is the true story of a tragic incident that made Officer Cobb stop running from her faith long enough to recognize its process. It's about how God repaired her slowly enough to confidently encourage someone else that if she can make it, others can too.
