We Battle Not Against Flesh

After multiple attacks that seem to keep coming, I heard the Lord saying clearly, "We Battle Not Against Flesh." The enemy wanted to back me into a corner of pity, hurt and to begin to relive hurts of my past however he has forgotten that I am living in a "Now God" whose word from over 2000 years ago remains effective today. That word assures me that we battle not against flesh and God's people need to be reminded that the distractions of today are simply designed to deny God's destiny. The Lord wants us armed daily with the knowledge and with his protection that sends the enemy to defeat at the sound of the name of Jesus Christ.

This work, coupled with the determination to trust God at His word allows any believer to be able to rise above the schemes of the enemy and press toward the mark of His high calling.
