The Carolina Coup: Another Rwandan Genocide?

Haunted by France's inaction during the 1994 Rwandan holocaust, an expatriate soldier rebuilds his life in the States, but finds himself entangled in Rwandan affairs when a CIA agent steals secret NSA data that expose a plot to restore "Hutu-Power" rule in that country. Statistician Jeannine Ryan breaks the plotters' code and discovers their plans. Survivors and perpetrators of the holocaust are drawn back into its horrors as Jeannine and a CIA friend evade both the FBI and the conspirators while rushing to stop another genocide.
