American Rage: Alaska Phase I

Two events derail the course of history in 1901. President McKinley is assassinated and the OPSEIM Directive - The Olympus Project Execution and Implementation Manifesto - is secretly signed. Colonel Nick Fizer discovers the horrifying OPSEIM text over a century later. He is devastated by its contents and by government actions against his family. A massive crisis of conscience tears him apart and he is compelled to act. Nick has proof Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, Smart Growth, the Earth Charter and other platforms are only sub-objectives... masterful diversions to confuse and condition the American people to accept the ultimate solution... implementation of the OPSEIM Directive. But how many will believe him?

Washington announces the country is in desperate trouble. Executive orders and legislation to ensure national security and sustain the environment fail. Time runs out; Americans are in immediate danger. President Thurmond Drew issues the following:

EMERGENCY ACTION MESSAGE: Regional Operations Command ALERT: Phase II Mobilization and Deployment of ROC Forces Is Imminent. All personnel are directed to report to duty stations immediately by order of the President of the United States.

Effects of President Drew's actions... ARE CATASTROPHIC.
