Henrietta, the Hen Who Wouldn't Come In

Henrietta hid from Grandmother Mac every evening. When grandmother found her under the red boxcar or behind bags of grain, she shooed her into the hen house. Henrietta wanted to stay outdoors with her friends all day and all night. Why did Grandmother Mac shoo her inside the hen house at night?
