Author Michelle Lee developed the Living Luxe Gluten Free dishes for her husband, who developed sensitivities to gluten and lactose. The book's culinary style and ingredient selection reflect in part Ms. Lee's time living in Spain, Luxembourg, and in cities across the U.S. They also reflect her desire to meld healthy eating with the flavors and textures of foods that are hard to find in gluten-free and lactose-free trim.

Living Luxe Gluten Free dishes are based upon natural, healthy ingredients like vegetables, fruits, fish, and ancient grains.
