Three Strikes And You're Dead: A Brad Powers Mystery

Brad Powers, a retired U.S. Army Counterintelligence investigator, only wanted a second career as a small town cop. But his plans go on hold when he becomes entangled with two beautiful women. One is a murderous predator, the other is her unsuspecting prey. Powers finds that they are the keys to a very old, very cold murder case. As he begins to unravel the mystery, he inadvertently makes himself a killer's target.
