Search for Reality

The author's story details the accounts of psychotic patients as they struggle on the edge of sanity in their search for reality and the ability to take command of their own destinies. It describes Jean's own struggles, in her year of training at Greystone Psychiatric Hospital, to set and maintain her personal boundaries in order to be of help to her patients and not succumb to their fantasy worlds. In the process, Jean learns to trust her instincts, set appropriate boundaries, and provide a window of reality for each of her patients. As Lois J.
