Fred, The Dog Who Couldn't Bark

Fred is a dog who was picked up by the Puppy Love Shelter. After an accident, he was left with an injury on his neck that prevented him from barking like other dogs do.

Despite his disability, he discovers that he has another ability that leads to him being very much needed by one man who also has a disability of his own. It's as though the two were destined to find one another.
