Regret

The fragile connections which prevent nations from turning on each other are almost at a breaking point. An ailment which drives its victims into bouts of violent rage is doing nothing to help relations improve.

When this Affliction is formed into a weapon to be used at a revolutionary group's convenience, many groups step in.

The fight against this terror would be one fought outside of the public eye. It would be fought by people who - to the rest of the world - don't even exist.
