Blizzard of '32

It is just before Christmas, 1932. Adelia Anderson, who teaches at the Sage Prairie School, is expecting Eddie, her firstborn, just released from the state prison. Her wayward daughter Ruby Ann arrives unexpectedly, as does her long estranged husband, Swan, to join Will and Viola, the two children still at home in the two room cabin. Adelia's credit is run out at the only store, and there is not enough bedding.
