Escape of the Chameleon

Beaten and left in a burning house, stranger William Casson temporarily stays with the Enns family, explaining to Liberty Enns that his attacker wants him 'to die a thousand deaths', and that for her safety, it is best she stay out of his business. What is William's business? He carries a gun and watches shadows and masters every task in his path. Problems increase for William when love and a kidnapping occur. Being a chameleon is not of his choosing or liking, but it is the only life he knows...and he's good at it.
