Unfortunately there is no magic, one-size fits all solution to reduce bullying in schools.

B.E.A.T Bullying will help you draft a whole-school anti-bullying policy. You need to believe there is a problem, engage individuals, act on your plan, and test the functioning.

When you are done you should have school-based measures to prevent and deal with instances of bullying behaviour. You will also have increased awareness of the problem among school management, staff, students, parents, and community organizations.

Remember completing the guidelines means research. You want to create a custom policy that works for your school.
