In a future Earth within the city-state, created out of necessity when the world ran out of fossil fuels, the glue to the society spawned by rhetoric and policy changed human endeavor from 'me', to 'we'. What follows is the story of Una, who works as a government agent with special abilities and is entrusted to keep the peace.
