Superhero to Sidekick

Sabrina Jackson was an ordinary girl with extraordinary dreams. Ever since she was a kid she dreamed of becoming a superhero, saving the day and getting the guy just like in the comics. When Alex Winters moved to town in third grade he just seemed to complete the picture, becoming the Robin to her Batman, the Kid Flash to her Flash.

Now entering high school, Sabrina has her life set; her obsession with superheroes hasn't dwindled and her friendship with Alex is just as strong as it was in elementary school.

She had her whole life in front of her; everything was perfect.

That was until one cold December night when she was attacked in the parking lot at school forcing Alex to reveal a secret that he's been keeping from her since the very day they met... a secret that could spell out the end of her life and the end of humanity as she knew it.
