Endings & Beginnings: The Distant Observer Parts 3 & 4

Endings relates the student days of a young Sam Sygon as he explores the world of relationships and opportunities. The story moves from Liverpool to Cambridge with detours via Morocco and Tahiti. Most importantly it reveals a changing mindset, which begins to recognise that distance is necessary to understand the intimate. Endings is the prequel to Alien Ways and is Part 3 of The Distant Observer.

Beginnings recounts the final years in the quest of Satesy to realise his destiny, despite the inconveniences of inhospitable planets, irritating alien sentients and other aggressive lifeforms. Having existed for over thirteen thousand years, Satesy finally approaches an understanding of his place in the universe. Beginnings is the sequel to Durham Dreaming and is Part 4 of The Distant Observer.
