The year is 1985. It's been 12 years since Eleanor escaped London, discarding the fragments of her tormented past; but a new story is about to unravel, in this tense psychological thriller, centred around the restoration of an English country house.

James Barton-Wells is desperate to save his ancestral home from ruin - yet, the fate of Westbourne House has attracted the attention of a wealthy property developer, who's seemingly altruistic gesture to bankroll the restoration, masks a sinister game plan.

Eleanor's friend, Charlie, has his own story to tell - convinced the Hamptons are an evil family who will stop at nothing, in pursuit of wealth and power. Desperate to save James from a risky partnership, Eleanor passes on his warnings; but Perry Hampton is a dangerous man to cross and about to plot a terrible revenge.

Against all odds, the characters are drawn together in a concentrated battle to save Westbourne House, oblivious to the growing force of darkness, about to infiltrate their lives. Yet, it is not until Eleanor comes face to face with a deadly adversary from her own past, that she finally understands the danger that once again, threatens the lives of those she loves.
