The Nemesis Report: The Phoenix Project & The Human Document Record

The Nemesis Report, the Phoenix Project and the Human Document Record are constructed around the assumption that, in the event of a global catastrophe befalling our global scientific civilisation, the extinction rate will be less than 100%. As a result, the aim of this work is to propose how to record and store the information and knowledge that could be essential to whatever recovery process might follow.
