Each Power Animal section begins with an affirmation colouring page designed to motivate your thoughts as you colour through the section of that particular animal. At the end of each animal section is the Journal page with a statement to focus on.

About the Process

The process for relaxation purposes is very simple. Find a quiet time and space in which to colour. Choose your favourite colouring tools - there are many pens, pencils, pastels and crayons widely available. Turn off the TV and play some relaxing music if possible. Then, simply colour to your heart's content.
