Frances Fidget-Knickers and the reluctant rescue

In the second book, you will meet a few more zany characters, as the story is set in the world Frances Fidget-Knickers comes from. Mr Tiggle-Trotter is a giant ape, who helps Frances with the reluctant task of rescuing her nasty grandfather. The Snog-Snifflers are hog-like creatures that stand on their hind legs, about the height of an average man. Having kidnapped Grandad Sprinkle-Tinkle for their evil ends, they have other ideas in store for the worst grandfather ever. During the story, you will learn some terrible things, one of which is how Frances Fidget-Knickers’ horrid relative sold children into slavery . . . how mean is that?
