Since the publication in 1995 of the first addition, Dr Davis' political terminology has changed: rather than refer to the one secular and democratic State of Palestine as a bi-national or multi-national State, he refers to a Democratic Federal Republic of Palestine namely: a single Palestinian sovereignty, a single democratic federal Palestinian Parliament subject to a liberal-democratic constitution, a single Palestinian democratic citizenship and a single Palestinian currency.
