Terrian Journals' Full Employment: Not Fulfilling: (or: Getting Employeed: The job is doing you.)

Full Employment is a rallying cry for people wanting to improve everyone's life by enabling us all to fulfill our basic human needs and to lead full lives.

Unfortunately, the employment system itself is not based on those goals.

The employment system is a way that a few people employ many people to serve the few.

For the many who spend their lives serving the few, employment provides only an unfulfilling existence instead of the benefits of a full life.
