The Story of Hearts: Book 1

Our story starts out with a pink lion landing on a heart shaped jungle island. She is torn from the arms of her mother by a funnel cloud and deposited on a tropical beach far from her home of the savannah plains. Hoping to find someone to help her find her way home, she starts on a journey that changes her life forever. Along the way, she discovers she is on a quest to find her magic and her fate is to become the protector and the Queen of the Dragons. Her journey will take many twists and turns, and she will meet up with many creatures that become her lifetime friends and allies. Her friends help her fight the dangerous pirates and rescue baby dragons. The lion's adventures are filled with laughter, love, and friendship as she learns the secrets of the dragons and the legends of the fireflies. This is book one of the Legends of the FireFlies Series.
