SEAM: Prose Poems

Seam (noun):

1. the line where two or more layers of fabric are held together by stitches

2. a bed or a distinct layer or vein of rock in other layers of rock

3. a supply of somethingvaluable

4. a trace or presence of something

SEAM is the first anthology of prose poems from the Prose Poetry Project.

It collects 21 pairs of prose poems together with the hope of showing each poem

speaking to each other: joining in conversation; or speaking to the same thing

in unison; or separated by a period of time, riffing on the same theme, the same

word even, yet still finding coincidence in their harmony.
