A Month of Reflection: 31 days of meditation and poetry

We are all born with the natural ability to smile and experience happiness.

Over time, we lose connection with our innate self as our attention moves to the external world. Separating from the internal source – God, supreme consciousness, true self, universe, divinity, grace, whichever word you use – we begin to lose our sense of confidence and self-belief, and, with this, our ability to feel unconditional joy.

Meditation, reflection and contemplation are the tools we use to turn our awareness inwards and rediscover the bliss we once knew. Once you experience this state of mind, you begin to delight in the joy of living a beautiful life regardless of external situations.
