Dark and Stormy Knight

"A Dark and Stormy knight is a tongue in cheek take off on traditional fantasy trope. It is an amusing story. The plot holds together and flows well. I liked the character of the knight the best. He is laboring under a curse, and does not really want the usual rewards for his quest, which I enjoyed. The story twists and turns and provides a satisfying ending."

"This is a skewed fantasy story about dragons, knights and royalty. As I read this book it kept reminding me of a more grown up version of 'Shrek' - as it contained the elements of a traditional historical fantasy but everything was slightly twisted (for example a reluctant dragon). The plot was good and there was a satisfying undercurrent of humour / the unexpected. The ending was uplifting. Those who like humorous quest novels may enjoy this book."
