Companion Bible Study for Ed Hird's Battle for the Soul of Canada

This Bible study, Seeking God's Solution for a Spirit-Filled Canada, is divided into six sessions. Each session begins with an excerpt from Ed's book that will stimulate your mind and encourage you to search deeper into the Bible. This Bible study will inspire you to listen to God, trust Christ, and follow His lead.

Battle for the Soul of Canada is based on 1 and 2 Timothy, which focus on the Apostle Paul's instructions to his young protégé. The church at Ephesus was struggling with false teachings, and in these two letters Paul reminds Timothy that the Word of God is truth. Using the accompanying study will help your group discover how God can grow you to become leaders. Pastors and teachers are not the only ones intended to be leaders; many other Christians are called to leadership roles. We must continue to keep growing in our knowledge and love of God so that we can hear what He wants us to do.

As Rev. Hird says, "Canada is a wonderful gift that is worth standing on guard for! How are we going to help keep Canada strong and free? Canada's best hope is in raising up Timothys, the emerging generation of leaders. Our land of Canada is in a severe leadership crisis, particularly in the churches.
