When a loved one is faced with a terminal illness, it is easy for everyone to get caught up in the panic of worrying what will happen. Spending time thinking about how, when or what is going to be the ultimate cause of death robs too many precious moments. The greatest words of wisdom I've encountered are from people I was able to spend time with in their final days. The messages are common. What truly matters are your loved ones, having peace and finding beauty in the simple things.

This book is the true story of my families journey through lung cancer with my Dad. It outlines the challenges we faced and our grieving process. May it help others in a similar situation and provide the opportunity to make positive choices.
