The Void: as expansive as our own universe and filled with nothing but the dead with their dreams and nightmares to keep them company. Unpredictable and always full of intrigue and danger; the Void is filled with challengers and risks and yet those that have discovered it still go.

The Fox brothers explore the empty world of dreams in their tireless search for Heaven, but they are not getting any younger. A new team of highly motivated teenagers will be needed to continue their work and the search begins. It is only when a mysterious West Indian lady appears, speaking in riddles, that the Void Runners world is turned upside down. As answers are revealed about the Void; so their lives on Earth are filled with more questions.
