I wrote this particular book because I felt that people in general lacked the needed motivation, inspiration, and encouragement to get through their daily struggles. While this book is sectioned into weeks, it is intended to be a daily reader and contains quotes* and explanations to help you get through whatever it is you are going through. With this book, I hope to changes lives, to inspire the uninspired, and to motivate the unmotivated. We, as human beings, all go through tough times, and we don't always know how to cope with what we are going through. With this book, I want to provide an alternative option to help someone else get through their struggles in a positive and uplifting way, hopefully preventing the development of bad habits and an unhealthy lifestyle.
