The Fit and Trim Weight Loss Journal was created for my own use. I have found it impossible to find a daily tracker that I liked and could make work for me. Fit and Trim will fill the needs of fitness fans training for an event or competetion. A wonderful tool for those who have to keep track of their prescriptions during a day.
