What happens when the boy next door grows up and moves to New York City? If you're a teacher like Hannah Miller, you sign up for summer professional development and plan your first visit. But when Charlie McMillan comes home after years away a few weeks before her trip, he's not the young boy she remembered. Taken aback at the heat between them and caught off guard by the signals he seems to be sending despite the ring on his finger, she comforts herself with the knowledge his wife will be with them for the five weeks she'll be in his Queens apartment.
