Edith and Little Bear don't want to move to the country to escape the dirty city. They write a letter to the Mayor about the dirty streets, and he urges them to keep watch for any polluters. Edith and Little Bear clean up the sidewalks of their neighborhood, and Mr. Bear happily decides they don't have to move from the city they love so much.
