Storiez: A Guide for Children and Teenagers

Stories. Every one of us has them.  Stories of joy. Stories of sadness.  Stories of pain.  Stories of strength.  Stories of wanting to quit. Stories of refusing to give up.  Storiez is a process that helps you work with your therapist to talk about your life experiences. Using this book as a tool, your therapist will help you talk about your thoughts and feelings during positive and negative life events.  Telling your story will help you organize the things (good and bad) that you have been through.  It will help you share your story, think about your story, and figure out how you can shape your story for the future.
