The Season of Light

This story-poem, The Season of Light, is an interfaith, multicultural exploration of the celebration of Light that is common to many spiritual and religious paths at the same time of the year. This is the authors recollection

of one season’s diverse celebrations which she experienced in New Jersey a few years ago. Celebrations as diverse as Chritmas, Kwanzaa, Chanukka, Solstice, Buddhist, Native-American celebrations and New Thought(Unity School of Christianity and Centers for Spiritual Living).The commonality of Light as a uniflying theme within all paths of Spirituality and Religion is emphasized.The message is liberally illustrated with beautiful photographs taken by photogrpahers from at least 18 different countries,which serve to engage the reader.This book will appeal to many different readers from both traditional and non-traditional spiritual and religious paths.
