For most, the great American war of the mid 1800's was over. Some thought; the justified side had won, a few did not. For that few it would never be over until the grass, grew over them. The country unified again, now the healing had to take place. Colonel Dan Bartman had trained his troops in the arts of Guerrilla warfare. He still felt responsible for their actions, and he now interrupted his life to right some wrongs.
