Embracing experiences and knowledge from the past and present combined with future goals and a passion for lifelong good health Candice created her own personal Mile For Every Year to celebrate healthy aging. After a decade on her own successful journey she created the A Mile For Every Year journal series to assist others of any age, sex, background, or interests find their passion for health. Through reflection, motivation, and inspiration offering readers an opportunity to create their own Mile For Every Year journey in celebration of a healthy long life in their own unique way. This is the first journal in a yearly series dedicated to helping others sustain good health choices and self-awareness to live a healthy lifestyle.
